Task MicroManager

This tool is designed to manage coarse-grained tasks on a microscopic level.

Each task comprises of subtasks that may depend on each other. Moreover, each subtask can be in one of the predefined states that impact how the dependants are displayed. This way, it's easy to manage parallel flows of activities within a single task.

Currently, the recommended way to use this tool is by using desktop builds, as in such cases the data (stored in `data.tres` file in os-specific application data directory) can be easily backed up or transferred between devices.

In the case of browser build, the data is stored in local storage so it may not be easy to backup the data as it's not possible to export/import data from within the app yet.
